Hi. I'm a 29 yo guy, hard worker, quite relaxed, humorous (sarcastic) and responsible. I'm looking for another guy to share the apartment with me, my current roommate's moving out at the end of October. The place is well located: 24h supermarket/pharmacy, easy access to public transport, metro clinicas is about 15 minutes walking, main roads near by (reboucas, faria lima, cardeal arcoverde, largo de pinheiros) and quite close to USP (average 15-20 minutes by bus). The apt is on the 7th floor and the badrooms face out to the street. I also have a little cat - Antonio. I don't have all the livingroom furniture (it's easy to keep the place clean) but if you have any, you're more than welcome to bring them. But I have a fully-equiped kitchen. I'm not sure yet if my roommate will take all of his bedroom furniture. If not, there's a big 6 door closet, and a king-size mattress. We'll share all the expenses, it averages 600/person- except personal ones.The right guy must be relaxed, responsible and respectful. I prefer to live in a care-free environment, but mutual respect is a must. So, please few free to ask me whatever question you may have. Did I say I prefer someone who speaks English? Thank you.
