Oi! We'd like to rent a room for foreigners interested in culture/ language exchange and who appreciate to live in a cosy place. We are a young and easy going couple. We both lived in shared homes for some years and in all of them there was amazing friendship, learning and networking experiences. We work, study, love outdoor sports, arts, traveling and music.

The apartment is located in Leblon, just 2 blocks away from the beach, in front of a park and in walking distance to nice restaurants, bars, stores and great night life. The Oscar Niemeyer historical building has a big external area, with soccer field, party/barbecue facilities and 24h security on the whole area. The apartment is equiped with top level house appliances and was totaly remodeled this year, so everything is brand new. The room have good double bed, air-conditioner, large cabinets and windows, a job desk and a private bathroom. It will be available on november 11th. It will be a pleasure to introduce you to the locals lifestyle, customs and to help on the Portuguese. Short term rentals can be considered (rooms or the whole apartment).
